SERVAS is an international network of travellers and hosts, which enables contacts to people from other cultures and backgrounds through travel.

It offers travellers the opportunity to stay with private hosts or to meet up during the day and thus get to know the culture and everyday life of the local people.

This distinguishes Servas from other platforms and offers an alternative, sustainable way to travel.

The aim of the organisation is to promote peace, mutual support, recognition and understanding. Servas is currently represented in 127 countries worldwide.
